WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most orders ship within 5-7 business days, however, delivery delays are expected this season.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?
Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays). For questions about your order, email us at bnaturale@bnaturaleapothecary.com with your inquiry and we will respond to you as soon as we can.

 

REFUNDS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?​

Refunds will apply to unopened products only and must be returned within 15 days after receipt for gift credit for any other product.  
Please email refunds@bnaturaleapothecary.com for refund code.  
Once product has been returned and inspected, the refund will be applied as a gift credit.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

Returns are usually processed within 1-2 business days after the product is received at our facility.

We ship to the United States ONLY. No international shipping.

HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?

Orders of $50 or more qualify for free US shipping. The product total must be $50 or more after any discount is applied to earn free shipping.

Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.

ARE THERE PRICES PRINTED ON THE INVOICES?

All pricing information printed on the invoices that are included with orders.

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY PAYMENT IS DECLINED?

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code, billing address and expiration date) match what you’ve entered into our system.
